Blood Oath Pact No. 4 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
About Blood Oath Pact No. 4 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Blood Oath Bourbon Pact No. 4 is Rempe’s latest creation and is the newest release in the renowned and highly sought-after Blood Oath series. “a fateful affair between Kentucky and California,” Blood Oath Bourbon Pact No. 4Blended from three phenomenal whiskies: a spirited, seven-year-old bourbon finished in cabernet sauvignon casks from California; and an incredibly smooth blend of 7 and 12-year old bourbons that provide a unique base that works very well with the, now signature, wine-finish trend. This well-aged bourbon blend is bottled at 98.6 proof, like its predecessors, and just like its predecessors, the visual presentation of the product is 'on par' with the quality of this whiskey.
This 4 Batch of Blood Oath Pact is more complex, combining toasted barrels with charred barrels. It gets its character from three phenomenal bourbons, each imparting its own character onto the spirit. This fourth Blood Oath incarantion is comprised of an extra-aged 12-year-old, yielding a smooth finish with deep oak undertones, a deeply complex 10-year-old bourbon, imparting warm caramel and honey flavors, and a 9-year-old bourbon finished in toasted bourbon barrels, imparting deep rich notes of chocolate, and vanilla with a dose of spice onto the spirit.

Blood Oath Pact No. 5 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
About Blood Oath Pact No. 5 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Blood Oath Bourbon Pact No. 5 is an eight-year-old, high rye sourced bourbon that’s been finished for half a year in ex-dark Caribbean rum barrels, married with an 11-year-old, high wheat bourbon, followed by a 13-year-old, high rye bourbon for the final blend. This complex combination results in a well-balanced, spicy, sweet, lingering bourbon with complex flavor notes.“When selecting these bourbons, I knew the dark rum sweet notes would be a perfect complement for these well-aged bourbons, and the result is extremely satisfying. On the nose, Pact No. 5 comes right off with dark fruit notes, brown sugar and a touch of orange zest, followed by sugar cane and dark chocolate notes and a little heat once you sip it. This one offers a lingering finish, accented by notes of honey” (John Rempe, Lux Row Distillers’ Head Distiller, and Master Blender).

About Bomberger's Blended American Whiskey

The whiskey, which is blended from a high-rye bourbon and McKenzie Rye Whiskey (from Finger Lakes Distilling Co.), is aged for a minimum of two-and-a-half years. The whiskey has beautiful aromas of candied orange and cherry, which lead to vanilla, caramel and baking spices on the palate. The whiskey finishes with hints of oak and citrus, enhanced by subtle tones of tobacco and leather.

About Bomberger's
The Bomberger's Distillery legacy can be traced back to 1753, when two Swiss Mennonite farmers by the name of John and Michael Shenk began distilling rye whiskey on their farm near Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The distillery was passed down through relatives of the Shenk family until 1860 when the distillery was purchased (and subsequently renamed) by Pennsylvania Dutchman Adam Bomberger, who owned and operated the distillery until Prohibition forced its closing in 1919. At that time, Bomberger's Distillery was the oldest operating distillery in the United States, and in many ways represented the transformation of whiskey distilling from an agricultural enterprise to a large-scale industrial one.Today, Bomberger Distillery is recognized as a national landmark and is undergoing a whiskey-making renaissance thanks to the stewardship of Dick Stoll, Bomberger's master distiller. Trained by Everett Beam himself, Stoll is the former master distiller of Pennsylvania Michter's, where he created the famed A.H. Hirsch Bourbon. Eric Wolfe, a business partner, involved in the revitalization of the Bomberger's brand, has said of Stoll, who is now in his 80s, "He knows so many things from doing this for decades, that he doesn't even know what he knows."
About American Whiskey
There are two main representatives of the American whiskey family, bourbon, and rye, but some other spirits don't fall into those two strictly regulated categories.
There's equally strictly regulated American single malt, made from 100% malted barley, Tennessee whiskey, essentially bourbon filtered through maple charcoal and aged in new charred oak barrels.
And then there's moonshine, a high proof (150- 170 proof) distilled spirit mainly made out of corn which gained popularity during the prohibition.

Booker’s ‘Beaten Biscuits’ Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey
About Booker's 'Beaten Biscuits' Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey
Each year sees a few batches, Beaten Biscuits being the final 2019 release by Booker's. It takes its name from biscuits Booker Noe used to make. He spent years trying to perfect the recipe he got from his grandmother in the same meticulous way he approached bourbon and cured Kentucky hams ― a trio that always went hand in hand in Booker's household. The age of these releases always varies, since they never rush the process and wait to reach the perfect moment for bottling. This one has been aged for 6 years, 6 months, and 19 days in new charred oak barrels. It was then bottled unfiltered and uncut at 126.1 proof.Get your bottle today!
About Booker's
Jim Beam's grandson Booker Noe couldn't wait to turn 21 ― not so he could start drinking, but rather distilling. Being 6th generation distiller with Beam blood coursing through his veins, as well as growing up in the heart of Kentucky, it was only natural. He worked for years as a Master Distiller, then started bottling his very own bourbon as gifts for family and friends after retiring. In 1988 he released the first batch of his namesake Booker’s Bourbon to the public, coining the phrase "small batch" along the way. Today Booker's is run by his son Fred and operates under the Jim Beam distillery. "Fred, make sure they don't mess with my B ooker's," is what he requested of his son at his retirement.About Bourbon

Booker’s Bourbon Blue Knights Batch
About Booker's Bourbon Blue Knights Batch
Following the end of the American Revolutionary War, Johannes Reginald Beam emigrated from Germany to the United States and eventually settled in Kentucky County. At the time, Kentucky County was still considered part of Virginia and was overseen by a military governor named John J. Bowman. After settling in Kentucky, Beam began harvesting corn and set forth a family tradition by distilling the excess grains he harvested into whiskey. Since then, seven generations of the Beam family have been involved in whiskey production for the eponymous company (the company is actually named after James Beam, who rescued it following Prohibition). As the second release in Booker’s Bourbon 2017 Collection – Booker’s Batch 2017-02, was dubbed “Blue Knights Batch.” This round is named in honor of Booker Noe’s lesser-known group of friends, the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club. The Blue Knights are an international group of active and retired law enforcement officers sharing a passion for the open road.
Their alliance with Booker Noe began when he was invited to attend a Blue Knights’ rally in Kentucky. The friendship was instant, and in his classic larger-than-life ways, Noe invited all 300 officers over to his house the following day for a BBQ. This moment eventually evolved into a tradition, and it became an annual event each Memorial Day weekend. The Blue Knights named Noe an honorary member of the Blue Knights.
In honor of this tradition, Booker’s Bourbon has decided to pay tribute to the Blue Knights with their very own batch of this namesake bourbon in homage to the many years of friendship they shared. Bottled at 63.7% ABV, this batch consisted of barrels from four different production dates aged in several different locations within four warehouses; 2% from the 4th floor of 7-story warehouse ONE, 38% came from the 7th floor of 9-story warehouse D, 33% from the 4th floor of 9-story warehouse F, 27% from the 6th floor of 9-story warehouse J. “I hope you’ll join me in raising a glass of Booker’s “Blue Knights” and toasting to brotherhood and great bourbon” (Fred Noe, Beam Family's 7th Generation Master Distiller).

Booker’s Bourbon Tommy’s Batch
About Booker's Bourbon Tommy's Batch
Booker’s Bourbon is a small-batch bourbon produced at Beam Suntory’s Jim Beam distillery.Booker Noe was a sixth-generation Master Distiller, raised at a distillery in the middle of Kentucky. Booker was born with Bourbon in his blood. At 21 years old, he was finally able to start his passion of distilling.
In 1992, he gave the world to small batch bourbon, actually coining the term “small batch.” With this signature style of bourbon, Booker’s True Barrel Bourbon was born. Inspired by the traditions of 200-years ago.
With the highest alcohol content of the brands of Jim Beam, the “Small Batch Bourbon Collection” is a range of cask strength, non-chill filtered solid bourbons, uncut and unadulterated, they are bottled between 121 and 130.6 proof.
The brand introduced bourbons hand selected by the late Booker Noe himself, who originally bottled his raw uncut bourbons for friends and family.
The brand introduced bourbons hand selected by the late Booker Noe himself, who originally bottled his raw uncut bourbons for friends and family. Aged at center cut, this particular batch of Booker’s is named after Tommy Crume, a longtime confidant of Booker Noe, who began his distillery career as a young man, working closely alongside Noe for decades. After retiring in 2016, Booker’s round table honored Crume with the first batch of 2017 to be in his namesake.
This special bourbon tribute is a small batch blend of whiskies, produced between January 2009 and July 2010. At exactly 6 years, 4 months, and 6 days, the barrels that comprise this whiskey were drawn from three warehouses, for a total of 335 barrels (a relatively small batch for a distillery of Jim Beam’s cosmic proportions). Bottled at a high-octane 128.5 proof, this bourbon is robust on the nose, and sweet on the palate after its initial burn. With intricate notes of vanilla, tobacco, citrus, and basil, this bourbon has a warm lingering finish.

Made from a mash of primarily corn, the bourbon was initially bottled by Noe to be used as gifts for close friends and family. Today, the bourbon is matured in virgin American oak casks that are situated in the center of a Kentucky rickhouse, where the temperature and humidity are the most favorable for maturing whiskey. After the bourbon has matured for seven to nine years, it is bottled at cask strength (~130 proof) without the use of chill filtration or artificial coloring.
Booker’s Batch 2018-03 is named in tribute to founding distiller Booker Noe and his signature way of tasting bourbon. The term was first coined by a whiskey writer decades ago who enjoyed a bourbon tasting with Booker. To get a good ‘Kentucky Chew,’ Booker would take a sip of bourbon, work it around his mouth and then smack his lips a few times in such a way that it appeared like he was chewing on the liquid.

Booker’s “Maw Maw’s Batch” Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a special tribute to Booker’s grandmother, whom he affectionately called “Maw Maw.” After living at Maw Maw’s house in Bardstown, KY during high school, Booker eventually moved next door when he returned from college. It was while living next door that Booker created the iconic recipe that his namesake bourbon is known for today.
Aged exactly six years, seven months and three days, Booker’s “Maw Maw’s Batch” Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a rich aroma of vanilla cake and pralines, which leads to a palate filled with toasted nuts, oak and corn pudding. The finish is long and warming, with subtle hints of orange marmalade.
Booker's earned the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2006, 2007 and 2009, and earned a score of 90-95 points from Wine Enthusiast. "This is bourbon the way it used to be. The way it was meant to be," says Booker. Pick up a bottle of this special batch today!

The brand introduced bourbons hand selected by the late Booker Noe himself, who originally bottled his raw uncut bourbons for friends and family.
“Booker Noe was a big man — with a big personality to match — and he always said that he was most comfortable in his rocking chair. When he wasn’t working, you could often find him rocking away at the distillery or at home on his front porch, a glass of Booker’s® Bourbon in hand. Of course, Booker’s friends and family were known to tell him he was “off his rocker” every now and again too, as Booker was always cracking jokes, speaking his mind and surprising people. If you visit the distillery today, you’ll find a statue of Booker in his rocking chair overlooking the rack houses with his beloved dog, Dot, by his side.” — Fred Noe, Beam Family’s 7th Generation Master Distiller
Aged at center cut, this fifth release from the 'Booker’s Roundtable' is an homage to the notorious Booker Noe’s fondness of his rocking chair. With a mashbill of 77% corn, 13% rye, 10% malted barley, it is aged for six years, seven months, and 23 days. This raw un-cut cask-strength bourbon is bottled at a staggering 129.7 proof, making it one of the highest ABV’s ever recorded. Also known as Batch “2016-05,” this bourbon packs heat, but it doesn’t overshadow the spirit’s rich, sweet and spicy character.
